Cancellations & Changes
Appointments have a time allocation reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule. We require 24hr notice of cancellation or changes, so your allocated time can be offered to other clients, otherwise a fee may be incurred or your gift voucher voided.*
Online booking will require a 50% NON REFUNDABLE Deposit. Upon booking the appointment you are agreeing to forgo your deposit should you no show or not provide more then 24hrs notice of cancelation. If you have made an appointment and need to move the accolated day/time; please contact the salon. A refund cannot be offered but the next available appointment can be offered.
Arrival
If your appointment is for any facial/laser treatment for the first time, please arrive 5minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to unwind and complete a consultation card. Please be aware that late arrivals are subject to reduced treatment times.
One hour on street parking is available on Macquarie St. otherwise parking is available under Riverdale shopping centre via Bligh St.
Salon Etiquette
Our salon is a peaceful and relaxing environment. Please refrain from using your mobile phone, and ensure it is switched off or turned to silent. Please be aware that noise from children is disturbing to other clients.
